What is Minantevision?

Minantevision is a project founded by two people. In it's core it is an online game inspired by Eurovision, where real life singers compete with their albums. The goal remains to achieve a top 2 of best albums, which are then proclaimed winners of the season. The voting consists of televote points by both founders, as well as random jury votes. The voting is Eurovision based, following the {12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1} scoring system.

Current Official Rules of Minantevision

All the rules of Minantevision are provided and supervised by the supreme court of the supernatural committee ruled by none other than the gods Minante themselves. Each of the rules is revised and remarked to put up with the high and ever-evolving standards of the supreme court. This rulebook is put together and revised by Lawyerante himself.

Article 1

The competition for Minantevision consists of one evening that will be held in Oslo-Kragujevac, where 16 albums will compete, and the top 2 winning albums will be listened to.

Article 2

Albums must have more than 8 tracks to be considered albums.

Article 3

There must be a certain variety of music genres on Minantevision.

Article 4

There are 16 contestants participating in Minantevision, no contestant may have more than one (1) album in the competition to win Minantevision.

Article 5

It is necessary that albums from the 20th century are also presented on Minantevision.

Article 6

Both members of the deity MINANTE are obligated to give their votes.

Article 7

Article 7.a

The method of voting follows the Eurovision principle. The points of the judging panels can be: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, with 12 (twelve) points awarded to the highest ranked album, and 1 (one) point to the tenth ranked album. The final winners are decided by the sum of the votes of the audience of the divine entities Ante and Mina.

Article 7.b

If Mina and Ante cannot agree on the final top 2, the next step is to introduce the JURY.

Article 7.c

The jury would function so that each album would receive a certain number of points through the randomizer, according to the scoring system from Article 7.a.

Article 7.d

The jury votes twice, once we get the votes of the automatically generated MINA jury, and then the automatically generated ANTE jury.

Article 7.e

If MINANTE agrees that having 2 automatic juries is too much, the jury can be regulated to only one automatically generated - overall jury.

Article 8

National television MI:AN holds all copyrights to these albums and contestants.

Article 9

First, all the performers will be revealed one by one, and MINANTE will get an insight into the reasons from the contestants, why THAT performer should win. A screenshot of all 16 contestants will be sent later.
